SnapReceipts is a mobile application that enables you to upload, manage and analyze your receipts using OCR and AI-powered insights.
To use the Service you must register an account with your email and set up a password. You are responsible for maintaining your account security.
We offer a free tier which currently allows up to 100 receipt uploads per calendar month (the "Free Tier").
We will introduce an optional paid subscription plan (the "Premium Plan") which will provide enhanced features, higher upload limits and/or other benefits. The pricing, duration and specific features of such Premium Plan have not yet been finalised. We will notify you of the features and pricing of the Premium Plan in‑app or via email before rollout.
Payments for the Premium Plan shall be processed through Apple In‑App Purchase (IAP). We do not collect or store your payment card details. You will have the option to continue using the Free Tier if you decline the Premium Plan.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You may cancel at any time via your App Store account. Refunds, if any, will be handled according to Apple's standard policies.
We may modify, suspend or withdraw the Free Tier or Premium Plan offerings at any time. Any changes will be posted in the app, in these Terms and we may notify you via email. Your continued use of the app after such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
You retain ownership of the receipts and metadata you upload. By uploading you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to process, store and (if you enable) synchronise your data. We may aggregate anonymised data to improve our service.
If you enable cloud sync (e.g., Google Drive) we will access your cloud-linked folder only to read/write your receipts. You may disconnect at any time.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, to upload sensitive personal data (e.g., health records), or to interfere with our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or fail to pay your subscription. Upon termination, your account will be downgraded to the free tier and you must delete your local data if required.
Our service is provided "as-is". We do not guarantee that the OCR results are 100% accurate. We are not liable for any financial loss or incorrect data due to use of our service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you of significant changes.
