SnapReceipts ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Maxxi Dev Enterprise registered in Malaysia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile app "SnapReceipts".

Images/videos uploaded by you for receipt management and OCR processing
Metadata extracted from receipts, manually entered expense info
System-assigned identifier linked to your account
App interactions (upload count, feature usage) for analytics and improvement
For app stability, error diagnostics and improvement
Enable receipt upload, OCR processing, data synchronization, JSON exports, user account features, etc.
Improve app features, understand usage patterns, monitor performance, crash logs.
We do not use your personal data for tracking across other apps or for third‑party advertising.
We offer a subscription plan (the "Premium Plan") which will become available in Q4 2025. The free tier presently allows up to 100 receipt uploads per calendar month. Paid subscription will unlock additional uploads and features.
Payment is processed through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP). We do not collect or store your payment card details. Cancellation, renewal and refund policies follow Apple's standard guidelines.
We may modify, suspend or withdraw the Free Tier or Premium Plan offerings at any time. Any changes will be posted here in this Privacy Policy and, if significant, you will be notified via in-app notice or email. Your continued use of the app after such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
We integrate with third-party services such as Google Cloud Vision API, Claude AI, Firebase to process receipt images, provide OCR and app analytics. Only the minimum required data is shared.
You may optionally enable Google Drive cloud sync. You may disable or disconnect at any time. If disabled your data remains in the app and is not synced to your Google Drive folder.
We retain your account information and uploaded receipt data for as long as you maintain an account. You may request deletion of your account and data by emailing support@snapreceipts.maxxi-dev.com. We will permanently delete your data within 60 days of receiving your request.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correct or delete your personal data. Contact support@snapreceipts.maxxi-dev.com for any such request.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data including encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and limited access controls.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Malaysia and you consent to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date. If significant, we may notify you via in-app notice or email.
